On January 4, 2019, I was in a motorcycle accident. I was by St. Anthony's hospital when a motorist made an illegal left hand turn in front of me and I hit right rear quarter panel of car and was thrown 25 feet. After weeks in the hospital and am currently doing out patient rehabilitation. Ii have lost my apartment and am staying with a fellow veteran and he is letting me stay in his home while I heal and go through physical therapy. My injuries were extensive and I had to have open heart surgery 4 days after the accident which was triggered by the impact of the colision. Currently both of arms are in splints and mobility is limited. Any help from the biker community would be so appreciated as I am unable to work for at least a couple months. I have adjusted my life to accommodate my needs, including paying a portion of rent, groceries, transportation, phone bill, and any expenditures that come up. Right now I live on $800 per month from my VA disability.
